Do I have to create an account to buy something?

No, you do not need to sign in or create an account to buy items. You can choose to check out as a guest once you are ready to check out. However, creating an account will make it easier for the next time to shop with MonAmour Collection!

How can I be sure my order was processed?

Shortly after you have paid for and completed your purchase; you will receive an email informing you that your order has been received.

How long do orders take to ship?

You can choose the priority of mail you would like your item to be shipped. Regular, first class mail is shipped out within 1-3 business days.

How will my item be mailed?

Your item will come in jewelry bags perfect for storing your products and also great for gift giving. Jewelry is mailed via USPS and each order will come with a tracking number.

Where are you located?

We are based out of Southern California, near the Los Angeles area. Items ship from the city of Irvine, or Corona.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! MonAmour Collection ships all over the world. Simply choose your country from the drop down bar and enter your address normally. Our team will take care of the rest!

Do you accept all major credit cards?

Yes! MonAmour Collection accepts all major forms of credit cards as well PayPal. After you click proceed to check out, enter your credit card number or checkout via pay pal.

What if my bracelet is too big or too small for me?

MonAmour Collection will gladly resize your bracelet free of charge! You will be expected to ship your item back to us (and pay the shipping charge to send it back), and we will cover the postage to ship your corrected item back to you. Kindly complete a contact form or email sales@monamourcollection.com to let us know your concerns and we will make your happiness a top priority. 

How do I care for my jewelry?

Many MonAmour Collection pieces are handmade with love and require lots of love from their owner. A polishing cloth will keep your pieces looking like new. Items noted as gold plated can get wet without discoloration, however, best practice is to always keep your jewelry dry.

Due to the nature of the handmade, natural differences are a part of the beauty of the uniqueness in your jewelry. For a long life and vibrant appeal, please keep your jewelry away from moist storage areas, creams, perfumes and water.

What is your exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is MonAmour Collection's top priority! 

We will gladly exchange your items within the first 30 days of purchase. You will be expected to pay for shipping costs to send the items back to us, and we will pay for the shipping to send you your new items. Simply contact us at sales@monamourcollection.com letting us know about your concern and we will take care of the rest! 

What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with your item, we will gladly refund your purchase within 10 business days of it being received.

Distinct and different pieces

MonAmour Collection prides itself on bringing you handmade fashions that can only be found on this site. Items that are handmade by Mona will be labeled as so, and many items are made to order. All materials and jewelries are procured in the USA.

I am retailer and I would like to have MonAmour Collection sold in my store

MonAmour Collection is sold in select stores. Please email Mona at sales@monamourcollection.com with details of your retailer for product line sheets.

Can I have something custom made or altered?

Absolutely! If MonAmour Collection has the capacity to alter an existing piece to your taste, we will certainly try to accommodate you. Please complete the contact form with details to your desired design. Please note, minimal charges apply for special request, and items cannot be refunded.

What if what I want is out of stock?

MonAmour Collection puts forward its best efforts to maintain a healthy stock. Many items that are handmade are limited in quantity and cannot be remade. However, MonAmour  Collection will try its level best to get you the products you desire, please complete a contact form if your desired product is unavailable and MonAmour Collection will be in contact with you.

What are my payment options?

MonAmour Collection currently accepts all major credit cards and PayPal at checkout.
